LARISA FRANKOSKI (pictured with her husband Nick), holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in graphic design from the University of Delaware. As a student, Larisa also studied advertising, marketing, photography & illustration. A study abroad summer in London furthered her education in design, and as a senior design student she was selected among the top of her class to attend the prestigious Art Director's Club Student Portfolio Review in NYC. This national event represents the best new talent in the industry, with only 200 students across the country hand selected to attend.

Post graduation in 2004, Larisa worked commercially for the international site furniture company, Victor Stanley, at their Denton, Maryland location. Growing her design experience as part of their in-house art department, Larisa's projects included national advertising in industry magazines, promotional materials, web design, and the corporate identity of subsidiary companies. With her educational experience and personal interest in photography, Larisa also spearheaded the development of an in-house photography studio where she then served as the primary product photographer.

While with Victor Stanley, Larisa began taking on several freelance clients and this side business quickly grew by word of mouth. In 2007, the demand for her work afforded her the opportunity to become a full time independent designer. At this time, Larisa also started her own business creating high end custom wedding invitations, Moya Lara.

Larisa currently welcomes design requests for both small and large scale projects. She is proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop, with knowledge of QuarkXpress, Flash & Dreamweaver.
